After launching the first ever online mobile customization tool at Motomaker.com, Moto wanted to transfer that interaction into a first of its kind Moto Retail Shop. Engine Shop delivered an interactive, hands-on experience for the brand, connecting digital, social and mobile with physical real-world engagement, providing a seamless transition between channels for the customer.
The shop and integrated platform were designed to increase purchase consideration by 70%. Additionally, Engine Shop was tasked with collecting consumer data throughout the customer journey and implementing changes in real-time based upon ongoing measurement and analysis.
