Brian Gordon began his career in entertainment representing the likes of Tyra Banks and Cameron Diaz before crossing over to the corporate world leading entertainment marketing and PR programs for companies like Diageo and American Express. In 2004, Gordon launched his own business, MMG, which specialized in creating and activating major lifestyle events for clients including ESPN, DIRECTV, Victoria's Secret and Pernod Ricard.

In 2012, seeing a changing experiential landscape, Gordon led the formation of Engine Shop, an experiential agency specializing in engagement and amplification. His vision attracted the attention of George Pyne’s Bruin Sports Capital, which acquired the business and have partnered with Gordon on the growth and expansion of the agency into new areas of business and global territories.
